Additionally, keep these ideas in mind as you try to beat the heat:
Slow down, stay indoors and avoid strenuous exercise during the hottest part of the day
Postpone outdoor games and activities when temperatures are dangerously hot
NEVER leave children or pets alone in enclosed vehicles, they can die from heat exposure
If you don't have A/C, find indoor activities, such as a library, mall or movie theater
