
Training Center Reopens with Ribbon Cutting
In early 2016, the Danville Area Training Center (DATC) at 630 Randolph Street, began a near 4,000 square foot expansion project to better serve the community’s training needs. DLSC Celebrates 72nd Anniversary
On September 18, 2017, the Danville Life Saving Crew (DLSC) celebrated 72 years of service to the community. Over 70 volunteers and board members met Monday for a steak dinner to celebrate this tremendous achievement. At the celebration, Crew members wore anniversary shirts, enjoyed dinner provided by DLSC officers and reflected over the past 72 years. DLSC Helps Harvey Victims in Houston
The Danville Life Saving Crew is collecting items to send to Houston, Texas in wake of Hurricane Harvey. These food and hygiene items will be donated to God's Pit Crew for Blessing Buckets. While many Crew members have donated items to the cause, DLSC is accepting donations from the public. Below are items that are included in each Blessing Bucket.
