A few facts about the DLSC drone program:

• The drones provide aerial views of a scene, aid in search and rescue, and access spaces and terrain that EMTs cannot.

• Six members are certified to operate the agency's five Mavic unmanned aerial vehicles.

• Two members are certified to operate the agency's one M210 all-weather drone with thermal imaging and advanced telephoto imaging.
