With the move to the new certification levels in Virginia around 2011 - Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), Emergency Medical Technicial (EMT), Advanced EMT (AEMT), Intermediate, and Paramedic - it is time to create a new patch design for Virginia! In honor of our 30th year, we are launching a Patch Design Contest! Designs must be submitted to the OEMS by March 1, 2010.  The Danville Life Saving Crew is a volunteer organization that has been providing pre-hospital care and first aid to the citizens of Danville, VA since 1945. We also serve the southern part of Pittsylvania County, VA. Our volunteers are dedicated to providing the best possible care.
